The registration fee covers conference materials, field trip, coffee break and lunch, as well as welcoming and farewell dinners. Each paid participant/student is allowed to submit one abstract/long paper but is allowed to be as co-author in other abstracts/long papers. The above registration fee does not include publication fee of long papers if any. The Registration form will be available from 1st December 2024.

SAADC2025 Scholarship Application (Closed)
The organizer is providing limited partial scholarships, covering Registration fees, hotel rooms for five nights (check-in 30th September, check-out 5th October 2025), and a nominal allowance for students and early-career scientists (Age limit of 40 years old) from the developing countries to attend the conference.
E-Visa Instruction
Participants are advised to apply for an E-Visa for entry into Vietnam. Please carefully follow the official instructions and complete your application in advance to ensure a smooth entry process.
